The Story of DIVA LLC

The story of Divas 4 Success:

Committed to Your Daughter’s Success

“One day I want to be just like you”, was an all familiar quote made by a little girl. This sparked the vision these successful women who saw an increasing need to teach girls everywhere that hard work and determination are the keys to success.

This vision grew as we later embarked upon a quest to educate, inspire and motivate young ladies in diverse communities to be the best they can be; thus Divas 4 Success was born.

This company, which evolved in 2012 has since become a leader in its own right. Divas 4 Success provides unique and challenging enrichment experiences by creating an exciting new way of teaching young to adolescent girls.

As experienced educators we pride ourselves on utilizing our knowledge of evidence-based instructional practices   throughout all programs to ensure each girl’s success.  We have found the importance of linking girls natural verbal ability to oral and written vocabulary. We understand this importance and include this philosophy in our innovative curriculum. We work towards enhancing our girls’ thinking to help challenge and accelerate the learning process while working towards setting and accomplishing goals.

By understanding each girl’s culture and background we illuminate the qualities they already possess by:

Providing positive role models to support academic and social development
Reducing negative self-talk by providing social-skills and awareness trainings
Teaching the girls how to set and achieve S.M.A.R.T* goals
Increasing confidence by providing classes to explore their talents and abilities.
Building self-awareness and values that lead to success in life.
